Your rental of Anna Head Alumnae Hall Hall includes one event planning meeting and a tour of the venue. The event planning meeting is held with an Event Coordinator. Please set up a meeting preferably 60 days in advance of your event and no later than 30 days prior to the event. At the time of the meeting, you should know what is needed for the event — exact times, set-ups, equipment, audio visual, and catering.
A room diagram is created during the event planning meeting. Up to three diagrams may be created for your event. Additional diagrams for campus departments and public groups will be an additional $77.00 charge. The room diagram is final three business days prior to your event.
We have a large inventory of equipment available for use at your event. Please work with your Event Manager to ensure equipment availability. Clients may set up equipment on their own or Event Services will set up and breakdown the event equipment for an additional fee.
All rooms setups are final three days prior to the event.
