With picturesque views from windows on three sides, including 30' tall windows and blond hardwood floors, this 9,000 sq. feet of open, flexible space provides the perfect setting for your next event. The ballroom can be divided into two sections for more intimate events or for breakouts. West Pauley is two-thirds of the ballroom, and East Pauley is one-third of the ballroom.
Thank you for considering the Pauley Ballroom as your venue of choice.
Our policies pages — divided by group type in the menu to the right — will help you and your group become familiar with all the procedures necessary to successfully reserve the Pauley Ballroom for your upcoming function. If you have any questions regarding the reservation process outlined on this website, please feel free to contact Event Services at the Student Union.

We have a large inventory of equipment included in your room rental. Setup and break down of equipment is included in the Facility Services Fee. Clients are not allowed to move equipment for liability reasons.
All rooms setups are final three days prior to the event.
