With picturesque views from windows on three sides, including 30' tall windows and blond hardwood floors, this 9,000 sq. feet of open, flexible space provides the perfect setting for your next event. The ballroom can be divided into two sections for more intimate events or for breakouts. West Pauley is two-thirds of the ballroom, and East Pauley is one-third of the ballroom.

Stephens Lounge is a meeting room on the same floor as the Pauley Ballroom and seats up to 65 for a lecture setup. Amplified sound is only allowed in Stephens when also renting the Pauley Ballroom.
Rental of the ballroom also includes Kerr Lobby, a wood-paneled open space ideally suited for registrations and handout tables. Amplified sound is never allowed in Kerr Lobby.
Your rental of the Pauley Ballroom includes one event planning meeting and a tour of the venue. The event planning meeting is held by an Event Specialist. Please set up a meeting preferably 60 days in advance of your event and no later than 30 days prior to the event. At the time of the meeting, you should know what is needed for the event — exact times, set-ups, equipment, audio visual, and catering.
A room diagram is created during the event planning meeting. Up to three diagrams may be created for your event. The room diagram is final three business days prior to your event.

We have a large inventory of equipment included in your room rental. Setup and break down of equipment is included in the Facility Services Fee. Clients are not allowed to move equipment for liability reasons.
All rooms setups are final three days prior to the event.
